We found ourselves at a place in life we never dreamed we would be but with one call and one hour later he arrived at our door and cleaned up the mess left behind by my brother. I won’t go into details but it was horrible. He was kind, considerate and understanding of the situation and quickly got to work cleaning and sanitizing the bio waste. "I am so grateful for Bio-One. I called and spoke with the owner, and he gave me a next day appointment. The price was competitive. I had an infestation of mice, and they were located primarily in the pantry. He reassured me that this was a job his business could handle and walk me through the process so I would know what to expect. On the day of the appointment he sent me a reminder Text and another text to let me know when he was in route. He and his nephew, Mr. Atakan Efe, arrived 10 minutes early to the job. I showed them the pantry and they got to work. They went above and beyond not only cleaning/guttering/disinfecting the pantry, but also cleaned underneath the stove, refrigerator, and the ENTIRE floor.
